It helps my youngest who likes to scratch and gets distracted while nursing. It gives him something to do. He's teething too so it's perfect on his gums. The bangle is really nice and I actually removed it a few times and let him hold to chew/play. This is as good of quality as the much more expensive boutique silicone teethers.
